We have scheduled a maintenance on the cloud infrastructure for updating the servers with the latest security patches of the respective operating systems as well as application servers which are having version changes. During this downtime period we shall also be updating the latest patches of our applications on our cloud servers. Maintenance date and time is from Friday 11th April 2025 8:00 PM IST - Saturday 12th April 2025 12:00 NOON IST For BOSS application users Post the downtime period, please ensure that only ONE user logs in into any respective license as STRUCTURAL UPDATES will take place in the application and during this process, NO other user can login in the application till the completion of the process. DO NOT CLOSE the browser when the same is taking place else your session shall get blocked and would be released only after a period of 36 hours For PRISM / STAR / Income Tax / ESS application users Patches of the application would be updated and post the downtime period, users can login in the application and continue working. Refresh scripts to be done as and when prompted to be done by the application. For IMCS application users Patches of the latest developments would be updated and post the downtime period, users can login in the application and continue working.
